We are sorry that the charges have become necessary but unfortunately our experience dictates this.
If you fail to cancel or reduce your numbers within 12 hours of the seating time, we reserve the right to charge a fee to your card should we fail to resell your table.

Should the whole or any number of a party fail to show up for any reason we will make a charge to the card.

The Bay Tree Welcome

 

We have spaced the diners and, in some places, positioned back to back.
Government guidelines at present are a maximum of 6 to dine together.

Latest guidelines now require a face covering on entering the building, to be worn until seated at your table. On leaving kindly replace your face covering.

Once at your table you are strongly encouraged to remain seated & moving between tables is not permitted, unless visiting the restroom.

Our staff wear masks & maintain distancing where possible.

We have provided hand sanitizer for your convenience and are adopting single use menus which are not used between tables.

We will maintain our regular & thorough cleaning of all areas with increased sanitizing
of touch contact points.

Tables & chairs are cleaned after every use. The restroom is cleaned hourly and
for your peace of mind, we encourage the use of hand sanitizer before entering and
on leaving.

In accordance with GDPR we will be supporting the Government NHS Track & Trace.

In order for us to do this, it is necessary for us to store your contact details for a temporary period of no more than 21 days after your visit or use the QR code at the entrance.

If you are not comfortable with the arrangements, we understand that you may cancel or to leave before ordering.

We would like to thank you for your support and patience throughout this’ new normal’,
which requires us all to work together through this challenging time, putting our personal views regarding the guidelines aside.
